Pay $30 and set up your account

Click "Get Started", pay the one-time $30, and create your account with your email address. That single payment unlocks unlimited video messages and downloads for your event.

Your $30 is refunded automatically if an event professional you refer signs up for a free trial.

Set up your event

Add your names, your event date, the type of celebration and the venue, then upload a cover photo. Leave a personal message that all guests will see before they record their message. (Optional)

You can edit these details any time before your event.

Share your QR code with guests

Every event gets its own QR code and link. Print the table tent cards and place them on your tables, or share the link by text, email or on your invitation.

Guests need no app and no account — they simply scan and record.

Email your guest list

Upload your guest list as a CSV (or add guests one at a time) on the Guests tab of your event dashboard. With one click, every guest receives a personalized invitation with your QR code and a direct link to record their video message — perfect for guests who might otherwise miss it.

Download the CSV template from the Guests tab to get the format right. Duplicate emails are skipped automatically.

Set up Kiosk Mode (optional)

Open the Share tab of your event dashboard and find the Kiosk Mode card. Scan its QR code (or open the link) on a tablet or laptop, put it on a stand where guests gather, and they can record their message the moment they walk up.

Ideal for guests who left their phone at the table — they just walk up, tap Begin Recording and leave a message. Every clip still lands in the same private gallery.
