From sign-up to download — everything you need to collect guest video messages
Step 1 — Set up your event
About 10 minutes, before your event
- Pay the one-time $30 and create your account with your email address.
- Create your event: names, event date, celebration type, venue and cover photo.
- Add a short personal message — every guest sees it before they record.
- Copy your event link and QR code from your dashboard.
That single payment unlocks unlimited video messages and downloads for your event.
Step 2 — Invite your guests
A day or two before, and again on the day
- Print the table tent cards and place them on your tables.
- Or open the Guests tab, upload your guest list as a CSV, and email everyone in one click.
- Share the link by text, email or on your invitation so guests who cannot attend can still take part.
Guests need no app and no account — they simply scan the code and record.
Step 3 — Collect messages on the day
Your only job: point guests to the code
- Place tent cards where guests gather: tables, photo station, DJ booth and check-in.
- Ask your DJ or MC to announce the guestbook within the first 15 minutes and repeat every 30–45 minutes.
- Guests scan, tap record and leave a 60-second message.
- Optional: set up Kiosk Mode — open the Share tab, scan the Kiosk QR code on a tablet or laptop, and let guests record on the spot with no phone needed.
- Every clip lands in your private gallery automatically.
A friendly announcement is the single biggest factor in how many messages you collect.
Step 4 — Download and keep every video
Within 30 days of your event
- Sign in and open your event dashboard to watch new messages arrive.
- Hide or delete any clip and keep only the moments you love.
- Download individual videos or select several and grab them all in one zip file.
- Generate a highlight reel and share it with family and friends.
Your gallery is removed automatically 30 days after your event date — download your favourites before then.
